Château Merveilles is a one-night immersive dinner spectacle bringing the French art de vivre to Melbourne. On Thursday 22 October 2026, MCEC's exhibition bays are transformed into a French château with more than 3,500 sqm of projection, where 1,260 guests dine at candlelit tables beneath ever-changing walls.

Three acclaimed chefs – Guillaume Brahimi, Pierrick Boyer and pastry chef Quentin Zerr – have created a four-act menu paired with French champagne and wines, while performers, DJs and a live show unfold around the room. The evening also pays tribute to First Nations art, with works by Aboriginal artists woven into the visual journey.

Black tie. Guests are welcomed from 6:00 pm for an aperitif before dinner; the evening concludes by midnight. Tickets are available individually or by table of 10.

Château Merveilles opens the Merveilles French Touch Week, followed by Électro Merveilles, two DJ nights at MCEC on 23 and 24 October.
