Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) event promotions and special offers, unless stated otherwise. All pricing and offers are listed in Australian dollars and are valid for a limited time or while availability lasts. Promotional offers may apply to select event spaces, packages or services and are subject to availability. Offers are valid for new bookings only and must be confirmed within the promotional period to be eligible. All promotions are subject to MCEC’s standard Terms and Conditions, including our Event Booking, Cancellation, Privacy, and Health & Safety policies. Please review these documents before confirming your booking.
Conference Offer
This offer applies to conferences, meetings and events booked in MCEC’s Clarendon Room, Clarendon Auditorium and Clarendon Rooms A-F.
The offer includes 30% off space hire plus your choice of a half day or full day catering package selected by MCEC's chefs:
Half Day Menu - $65pp, catering with lunch and your choice of morning or afternoon tea
Full Day Menu - $80pp, catering with lunch plus morning and afternoon tea
Events must be held before 20 December 2026.
All bookings are subject to venue availability and licensing requirements.
A 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.
