From slick 3D modelling software to new high-performance mics and an industry-leading digital events platform, we have a stack of next-level tech designed to make your event journey easy and enjoyable.

We're transitioning to 3D CAD software (Vectorworks) for floorplan design, which means you can now create detailed 3D renders and flythroughs to see how your event will come to life – before stepping foot onsite!

We’ve invested in one of the world’s largest installations of state-of-the-art radio microphones. These eliminate interference and noticeable dropouts and feature high-performance rechargeable batteries with a 5-year life span, removing approximately 100,000 AA batteries from usage over the life of the product.

Our popular Melbourne Room has had a lighting makeover! The newly refreshed look and feel uses 30-40% less power to operate and delivers a 30% increase in area coverage and 100% increase in brightness. Our Network and IT systems have also had upgrades for a more secure and user-friendly speaker experience. We’ve moved to Office 365 and OneDrive for cloud-based presentation management.

And last, but certainly not least, after many months of research and development, we’ve officially launched our new digital event delivery platform! Our industry-leading platform offers a huge range of experiences, from simple remote conferencing solutions for small meetings and boardrooms to fully immersive high-quality streaming video solutions for epic special events and conferences, connecting audiences everywhere from in the room to across the world.
