MOULD: A Cheese Festival and Pinot Palooza are joining forces for one massive celebration of Australia’s best independent wine and cheese producers. And this year, you’ll find the event at Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) from Friday 3 July to Sunday 5 July.

From light and bright to bold and complex, Pinot Palooza brings together the finest pinot noir producers from Australia, New Zealand and beyond.

3. Say Cheese (A Lot of It)
MOULD showcases the incredible diversity of Australia’s artisan cheese industry, packing the room with funky blues, gooey triple-cremes, and everything in between.
Expect endless tastings, masterclasses and plenty of opportunities to stock up your fridge at home. And while cheese is the focus, there’s also lots of other goodies, like crackers, preserves and cured meats, to graze upon or takeaway.
