This Competition is only available to entrants who receive a post event feedback survey via email (MCECfeedback@mcnair.com.au ) sent from independent market research agency, FIFTYFIVE5, or selected third-party partner, McNair YellowSquares, on behalf of The Promoter.
Entrants who receive a post event feedback survey from FIFTYFIVE5, or selected third-party partner, McNair YellowSquares, must complete the survey in full; and Entrants must provide the required contact information and give permission to attach their identify to their answers (survey question Z3) for The Promoter to issue the Prize (i.e. name and email); and Entrants will automatically go into the draw once the survey has been submitted and survey response received by FIFTYFIVE5 or selected third-party partner, McNair YellowSquares.
Limit one (1) entry per person, per survey is permitted.
The winner will be selected at random by McNair YellowSquares, and overseen by FIFTYFIVE5.
The winner will be provided with a $200.00 Digital Visa Gift Card sent via email.
The winner will be notified via email within 30 days after the Promotion Period close date.
This Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the Prize.
The Promoter collects personal information from entrants to conduct the Competition and may, in the course of business, disclose the personal information to third parties, as required.
Entry in this competition is conditional on provision of the personal information requested.
Entries may be entered into a database and the Promoter may use the entrants' names and email addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity in various forms by the Promoter, and the entrant consents to such use.
Entrants may direct any request to access their personal information to the Promoter.
Additionally, all literary works submitted as part of an entry become the property of the Promoter and it is a condition of entry that those literary works may be used by the Promoter for their own promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without restriction.
The promoter may share the entry details with the Prize provider.
