The Shaw Davey Slum

The Shaw Davey Slum features a cocktail list based on the traditional 1960s milkbar candy. The menu features native Australian bush herbs and ingredients. The bar is named after a poverty report written in 1958 by commissioners Shaw and Davey. In the warmer months, the rooftop bar is an ideal spot to enjoy a drink, as it has a retractable glass ceiling.
