Hophaus is a contemporary twist on the great Bavarian bier halls. Nine European beers flow from 30 taps around the massive bar, including German, Austrian, Belgium and Czech. The menu includes classics such as Wiener Schnitzel, pork knuckle and bratwurst. The Bavarian platter features smoked and slow cooked meats, roasted over a wood-fired rotisserie. Or try the pulled pork, with pickled red cabbage, pork crackling and apple mayonnaise, served with fried potato salad. End with Black Forest Cake, toffee apple strudel or cheese.
