Hotel Lincoln is one of the oldest pubs in Melbournea and the newest in a group of acclaimed gastro-pubs. The Lincoln has recently taken on a contemporary image with a striking new décor for the dining room; a new head chef and exhibitions of contemporary artists. There are also expanded dining hours over the weekend and special Tuesday-only duck pie. The new look comes without losing the hotel’s appealing art deco influence. Just about everything is produced in-house, from salting and curing, cheesery, braising and twice daily baking. The hotel has a classic bar menu in addition to its dining room menu. The pub was recently recognised in the Good Food Guide with a prestigious 'one hat' rating.
