We believe that there is always a way to be greener. By exploring and undertaking new initiatives, we can always make a difference. MCEC has even nominated a team of people dedicated to new green strategies, so we can continue to set the standard for green.
A pioneer in green

We’ve won a swag of awards for the effectiveness of our green initiatives. MCEC was the first convention centre in the world to achieve a 6 Star Green environmental rating. MCEC are also accredited Silver by EarthCheck, who measure energy and water consumption, waste production and community commitment.
